EduCanada is the official portal for information on education in Canada. The portal includes a program finder, cost calculator, study permit information and links to provincial, territorial and individual school information.

Designated Learning Institutes

To obtain the study permit, it is important to have the acceptance letter from the Designated Learning Institute (DLI). A DLI is an institution approved by a provincial or territorial government to host international students. Only students gaining admission in DLIs are eligible to apply for a student permit/visa.
